We’re proud to share that Holly Lodge Boutique B&B was crowned ‘Best B&B’ on Channel 4’s popular series Four in a Bed, following our appearance in March 2026. 

Four in a bed showcases some of the UK's most luxurious and distinctive places to stay. There is significant focuss placed on comfort, cleanliness, facilities, and ultimately overall value.

About Holly Lodge Boutique B&B

​

Holly Lodge Boutique B&B in Norfolk largely dates back to the early 18th Century, with parts of the buildings dating back to the 13th Century. Guests are accommodated in the converted stable block and in the main house.

​

 We try to keep our Norfolk B&B accommodation relaxed and unstuffy, combining its inherent style with all the facilities and thoughtful touches, to ensure an enjoyable stay. Guests are welcome to use the garden conservatory and sitting room during your stay with us. An honesty bar and high speed free wireless internet connection are available so that you can plan your day, catch up with the world or check in with the office whilst you're away.

We have a EV type 2 charging point in our car park (provided on a first come basis).

​

B&B Accessibility

We have three ground floor en-suite guest bedrooms, with our communal lounge and kitchen areas also being located on the ground floor.

​

The Main House

The Main house had some major restoration work done to it in 2019 and now has three luxury en-suite B&B rooms, each one individually designed for your comfort and boasts all the mod coms you would expect.

All with en-suite shower rooms and holly also includes a bath. 

 

The Cottages

Holly Lodge's en-suite guest cottages are in its former stable block. Each has been renovated and individually styled. Flint Cottage is a very pretty, standard size double room with a fitting Norfolk feel. Juniper Cottage is a king-size double or twin room with nostalgic, colonial influences. Mulberry Cottage is a kingsize double with a romantic charm. Each cottage provides unique and comfortable accommodation for two people. All come with an en-suite shower room, tea and coffee making facilities, a flat-screen DVD television with Freesat, and a welcome treat.

Breakfast

Mornings at Holly Lodge are something to savour. Breakfast is served in our garden conservatory, where guests can enjoy a delicious continental array of cereals, granola, seasonal fruits, fresh bread, pastries, and juices.

We also offer a freshly prepared cooked English breakfast, made using high-quality, locally sourced North Norfolk ingredients, giving you the perfect start to your day

The B&B Grounds

Holly Lodge sits in an acre of grounds with an extensive landscaped garden available for guests use at leisure.
